The Annual General Meeting for your Old Boys’ Union will be held on Wednesday 24 April 2024.

Date: Wednesday 24 April 2024
Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Where: Patribus Room, The Scots College

At this meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• Find out and ask questions regarding The Scots College Old Boys’ Union operations and finances
• Discuss items on the agenda
• Vote on any resolutions proposed
• Receive from the President a report upon the activities of the Union during the preceding year

Members will be asked to vote on:

• Accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• Accept the annual report
• Accept the auditor’s report
• Accept the annual financial statements
• Elect office-holders and ordinary Committee members

Members may provide written notice of any matter to the Secretary days prior to the annual general meeting to have this raised on the agenda. You can do this via email to scotsoldboys@scots.college.
